Frequently asked questions
I can't sign in
Enter your work email and we'll email you a 6-digit code, valid for 10 minutes. If it doesn't arrive, check your junk folder and send a new one after 60 seconds. With a Microsoft work account, choose "Continue with work account (Entra ID)". You need an invitation from your organisation to use N-RELAY.
I don't get notifications
Allow notifications in iPhone Settings → Notifications → N-RELAY. In the app, You → Notifications lets you choose All messages, Mentions only or Muted for each Team. While the same account is open on the web, your device may not be notified.
Does it work offline?
Conversations you've opened, your Teams and DMs, tasks and more are kept on your device and can be read offline. Messages you write offline are sent automatically when you're back online.
How do I switch Social-Space?
Tap the Social-Space name at the top of Home, or go to You → Switch Social-Space.
How do I translate a message?
Touch and hold a message and choose Translate. Change the target language in You → Preferences.
How do I delete my account?
Email nglobal_niw@nakayamairon.co.jp from the address you use with N-RELAY, with the subject "Account deletion request". After confirming it's you, we delete your account, normally within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for details.
