Privacy Policy
Nakayama Holdings ("we") operates N-RELAY, a communication service for organisations available at https://relay.nakayamairon.com and as an app for iPhone and iPad (the "Service"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have. The Service is for business use: people use it with an account in their organisation, usually by invitation.
1. Information we collect

If you sign in with Microsoft or Google, we receive your name, email address and profile photo from that service. The app uses the camera, photo library and microphone only when you choose to attach a photo or video. We do not collect your location, contacts or health information.
2. How we use it
- To provide the Service: messaging, file sharing, tasks, projects, notes and calendar
- To sign you in, keep your account secure and prevent misuse
- To send notifications for mentions, replies and direct messages
- To translate messages when you ask
- To answer your questions and to investigate and fix problems
We do not use your information for advertising, we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not sell personal information. The app contains no advertising or analytics SDKs.
3. Sharing and service providers
We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where the law requires it. We use the following providers, only as needed to run the Service:

Members of the same Social-Space see your profile (name, photo, email address) and the content you post, as part of the Service. Some providers may process data outside your country.
4. Information stored on your device
So you can read recent messages offline, the app keeps recent messages, your Teams and DMs, tasks and similar data on your device. This data is encrypted by iOS data protection, excluded from iCloud backups, and deleted when you sign out. Your sign-in session is kept in the iOS Keychain.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your account information while your account is active. Messages and files you post are business records of your organisation and may remain after you leave a Social-Space, as its administrators decide. Projects moved to the recycle bin are deleted permanently after 30 days.
6. Your rights and deleting your account
You can ask to see, correct, restrict or delete your personal information. To delete your account, email nglobal_niw@nakayamairon.co.jp from the address you use with N-RELAY. After confirming it is you, we delete your account and personal information, normally within 30 days, except content your organisation must keep as business records and information the law requires us to keep. You can also ask your organisation's administrator.
7. Security
All connections are encrypted (HTTPS), and access is limited by your organisation's Social-Spaces and roles. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
8. Children
The Service is for business use and is not directed at children.
9. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page, and we announce important changes in the Service.
